This 180 m² flat, situated in the historic heart of the city of Valencia, a stone’s throw from the Plaza de la Reina on Calle Avellanas, presented a wonderful challenge.

Having been abandoned for many years, it was in need of a complete refurbishment. This project required a great deal of care and attention in order to reveal the very essence of this place and restore it to its original character.
