Colomer, Javea (Spain)

This 1960's townhouse, located in the historical center of the seaside coast of Javea on Spain’s Costa Blanca, had no notable original features apart from the period in which it was built. A complete renovation was required to restore its character.
The approach was to infuse it with a Mediterranean touch whilst preserving the spirit of its 1960's architecture.
With a living area of 140 m² spread over two floors, the house now boasts two terraces: the first, measuring 60 m², on the first floor, and the second, measuring 80 m², on the roof terrace. This feature gives the property a unique character and offers spectacular views of the Ermita de Javea mountain.
