St. Vicente, Javea (Spain)

The San Vicent house is a townhouse built in 1950, situated in the historic centre of the seaside coast of Javea on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The house was in very poor condition, so it had to be completely renovated; only a few original features, such as the fireplace, could be preserved.

The house, with 140m² of living space, is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, there is a 40m² patio and a small swimming pool. On the top floor, there is a 70m² furnished roof terrace.
