As a French interior architect with more than 25 years of experience, I have been working as a boutique property developer specialised in residential projects for the last 10 years. I buy, renovate and sell houses, flats and new-build detached houses. My work - and my strength - involves breathing new life into abandoned or neglected properties.
My approach is based on two simple commitments:
The first is to offer “coup de Coeur” houses and flats for sale, that have been entirely designed, renovated and decorated by a passionate professional. It all begins with the choice of the property, its location and its surroundings. This is followed by the design phase and then the methodical supervision of the building works, ensuring the project is carried out exactly as planned.
The second commitment is to create truly unique homes. Every house has its own DNA. All projects are tailored to - and respect - their surroundings, in order to preserve the identity of the location and ensure the uniqueness of each creation.
